1. Service Area and Minimums: Perfectly Clear Organizing primarily serves clients within 60 minutes travel time of its administrative offices (located in the Queens, New York City). A four-hour minimum per daily consultation may be applicable (usually when the travel time to the client exceeds 30 minutes).
2. Billing Rate: Services are charged based on the applicable hourly rate, billed in 1/4 hour increments. Travel time may be charged for consultations delivered outside the primary service area.
3. Expenses: Direct expenses of service, including parking and other transportation charges, and any overnight charges, are the client's responsibility and will be billed to the client at the time of service if not provided directly by the client.
4. Payment: Clients are expected to render payment at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
5. Retainers: In some circumstances, Perfectly Clear Organizing may request a retainer before confirming appointments or providing services.
6. Cancellation Policy: Perfectly Clear Organizing requests 24 hours notice of cancellation of any confirmed appointments.
7. Service Providers: Upon clients' request, Perfectly Clear Organizing will act as the client's agent with other service providers (movers, purchasers of goods, carpenters, etc.). The client must contract directly with such service providers and Perfectly Clear Organizing cannot accept responsibility for their actions or performance.
8. Reasonable Care: Perfectly Clear Organizing shall use reasonable care in the performance of all of its duties. It shall not accept responsibility for any damage to client's personal property that is not the direct result of its gross negligence.
